How syncronic the subtitul with the movie?

There is a bunch of programs to do it. I recomend you to use SubRip. This program allow you to change the start time (add or sub time), the frame rate, also you can stretch the subtitle..and get the subtitle from a IFO file wich is the result file of ripp a DVD. Here is a link and good luck!!!
